FAQ
1. All Southern Bull Designs items are hand crafted. What does hand crafted mean?
All tees are cut with a quality vinyl cutter, hand peeled by myself and heat pressed individually. Usually when orders are placed, we order the tee or tank from a Houston warehouse and most tees arrive within 24 - 48 hours. We then hand craft the vinyl, print each tee and package your item for shipping.
2. Most orders take 5-7 days for production and are shipped 3-5 day USPS Mail.
3. Returns and exchanges
We understand that ordering online is difficult and choosing a size can be more difficult then purchasing in person. We will gladly accept any exchanges for a different size. You can exchange in person at one of our shows or mail the product back to us and we will ship you a new item. (Please email us first to make sure we make you a new tee to exchange.) 4. Are you a Houstonian? Want to pick up your order at a show?
We will be available at local shows all around Houston some weekends and would love to meet our local supporters. Please email me to ask the stock and see if picking up at a show is an option for you. We do give our supporters a FREE SHIPPING code for those picking up in person to save on shipping. Or just buy right at the show.
