They are true to size but do shrink if dryed on high heat. If you are great at washing and hang dry your tees, then the actual size will be perfect. I added a sizing chart for you.

We understand that ordering online is difficult and choosing a size can be more difficult then purchasing in person. We will gladly accept any exchanges for a different size. You can exchange in person at one of our shows or mail the product back to us and we will ship you a new item. (Please email us first to make sure we make you a new tee to exchange.)
